After Buffy lost consciousness, the team rushed him back to the house to treat his injuries, because unfortunately Achille was able to get away from them once again. Rehtaeh hadn't left his side in almost four hours. Buffy was still motionless, his damaged arm in a sling, and he had a bandage wrapped around his head as well.

Liang was able to explain to Rehtaeh what exactly had happened to Buffy, thanks to all of their martial arts training. Buffy's pressure points were in alot of pain, and had been somewhat damaged. Rehtaeh had been sitting for so long now, she didn't even know what time it was.

Her head rested against Buffy's hand, as she heard the creak of the door open. "I thought you might be hungry". She smiled at the friendly voice, who was now bringing her a tray of food. Liang wasn't just a good friend to Buffy, but he was a good friend to her too.

"Thanks I'm famished, but I don't wanna leave him" she said with a small smile, before it disappeared into sorrow. Liang nodded. "It's okay I get it" Rehtaeh was facing him now.

"I love Buffy as much as you do, I mean he's my best friend. I don't wanna lose him either" he said gently, as he brushed his hand against Buffy's cheek tenderly.


Rehtaeh felt hot tears creep up into her eyes as she looked down at the floor. "Do you think I'm a terrible sister?" she asked as Liang turned to her in shock.

"Ray your a wonderful sister! Buffy is so lucky to have you! if he didn't have you then he wouldn't have survived what happened to his mom and dad. It's you that has always been the one thing keeping him on the track of life. Don't give up on yourself so easily by saying that you never did it right, cause let's face it..."

he trailed off as he gently touched Buffy's hand. "Nobody can ever do it 'just right" sometimes you can only do it the way you can. Make sense?" he asked.

Rehtaeh smiled at him. "Yeah, it does".
